The state defines a full-time teacher as someone earning a base salary of at least $33,500 (including salary paid from teacher leadership grant funds and excluding professional development) with “at least one teaching position code (including Teacher Leaders), a full-time equivalency for licensed positions of 0.8 or higher, and at least 180 contract days.”
