On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Wayne Community Jr-Sr High School standout Maddy Wood’s current college team, the Western Kentucky Lady Toppers, won 6-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Bradley Braves.

The game took place at WKU Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Braves this season.

The Lady Toppers’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 24 at 12:30 p.m. at WKU Softball Complex against Bradley Braves.
