U.S. Representative Zach Nunn has expressed his support for President Donald Trump’s plans to prioritize American workers and families. In a statement, Nunn emphasized the positive impact of recent policy changes, stating: “Here’s the bottom line: The American Dream is alive and well under President Trump. Four years of dangerous policies are already being reversed, allowing our country to prosper once again. From unleashing American energy and securing our Southern Border to fighting to reduce costs for middle class families, we’re finding bipartisan solutions to the issues facing Iowans everyday. We must work together to support the American worker and invest in skilled trades to make America better – and I look forward to working with the President to do just that.”

Jeremy Lindquist, Director of Training and Education for the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local #33 and Mayor of Runnells, accompanied Rep. Nunn at President Trump’s Joint Address to Congress. Lindquist plays a significant role in developing skilled tradespeople through education and apprenticeship programs.

As mayor, Lindquist focuses on community growth and infrastructure improvement in Runnells. His dual roles in education and public service demonstrate his commitment to building strong foundations both locally and within the workforce.
