"There's No Place Like Creston for the Holidays" Lighted Christmas Parade will take place Thurs. Dec. 5 at 7 pm. The parade begins at the corner of Pine and Mill Streets, then goes South at Elm Street to Montgomery. Turns west until Division Street to Adams and ends at Walnut. . Festival of Trees (9 am until after parade) at American Home Design Center, Living Windows in Uptown Creston (5-7 pm); Taste of Union County (5-7 pm) Santa & Mrs. Claus at the Depot (5pm- 7pm). Also at depot: ASP soup supper (5-6:30 pm), SWCC BB teams caroling (5:15-6 pm), free cider and donut holes, Model Railroaders and Creston Arts:Gallery (4:30-close). ISSB Holiday Open House following parade at Uptown location. Many other events scheduled Dec. 5-8 and Dec. 14 and 15.
