City of Osceola issued the following announcement on Dec. 7.
We'd like to send out a special THANK YOU to Tim Riddle for his 25 years of dedication, commitment, and service to the City of Osceola! If you see Tim around town, don't hesitate to give him a big pat on the back and CONGRATULATIONS for this tremendous milestone and thank him for all he does for our community!
