City of Ottumwa issued the following announcement on Dec. 21.
ITC will be closing Hermann Street next Monday December 28, 2020 to perform maintenance on their existing utilities. Residents will still have access to their homes during this process, and should exercise extreme caution when navigating in and around the work zone. Weather dependent, expect work to take a couple days.
