Ottumwa Public Library recently issued the following announcement.
Join us for an Online Art Journaling Class! March 29th from 10-11 am hop on a Zoom meeting where you can learn quick sketching techniques to decorate and journal with. No prior drawing experience required. Attendees only need paper, pencils and an eraser from home to participate.
