Census Bureau: More men than women in Bedford in 2020

Medium names 20

Of the 1,493 people living in Bedford in 2020, 49.8 percent (744) were women and 50.2 percent (749) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Iowa News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 47. In the 65 and over age range, there were 200 females and 127 males.
