DCHC Welcomes New Internal Medicine Physician
Davis County Hospital & Clinics (DCHC) is pleased to welcome John DeLeeuw, D.O. as an employed provider at DCHC. Dr. DeLeeuw is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing medicine for over 14 years in Kirksville, Missouri. Dr. DeLeeuw will be working in the DCHC Medical Associates primary care clinic, as well as the hospital side seeing Acute Care inpatients as needed.

Dr. DeLeeuw comes to DCHC from Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, where he was a Hospitalist as well as the Internal Medicine Residency Program Director. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming and attended medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Northeast Regional Medical Center.
“I want my patients to know that I take great pride in knowing they trust me to help guide them through very complex and delicate healthcare situations,” commented Dr. DeLeeuw. “I am looking forward to joining the provider team at DCHC and to start meeting community members as I build my practice locally,”
Dr. DeLeeuw and his four children live in Kirksville, Missouri. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, reading, swimming, and mountain biking.
