Bedford's Mallory Moyer has committed to the Southwestern Spartan softball program for the 2022-23 season.
Moyer is a May 2021 graduate of Bedford High School. She was a five-year starter for the Bulldogs. Listed as utility, Moyer spent time as pitcher, third baseman, and outfielder. In addition, she played during the off-season on a travel team for five years.
Danny Jensen, Southwestern head softball coach, is happy to have Moyer join his team.
"Mallory will bring pitching depth to our team," said Jensen. "She is a versatile player who can play several positions. She will give us some speed on the bases, as well."
