City of Ottumwa issued the following announcement on Oct. 9.
The online community survey Polco, has launched a Benchmark Community Survey for the month of October. The City of Ottumwa has been using Polco, a public participation tool for local government. To give your input, go to polco.us/ottumwa or download the Polco app. You’ll create an account so that we can verify you as a registered voter in the City of Ottumwa and so that we can notify you when we want your input again.
