City of Ottumwa issued the following announcement on Nov. 26.
The online community survey Polco, has launched a new set of questions. These questions cover the topic of School Resource Officers. The City of Ottumwa has been using Polco, a public participation tool for local government. To give your input, go to polco.us/ottumwa or download the Polco app. You’ll create an account so that we can verify you as a registered voter in the City of Ottumwa.
