City of Ottumwa issued the following announcement on Dec. 13.
Motorists are advised that the 300 block of South Vine Street will be temporarily closing as early as Monday, December 16, 2019. The closure will allow for installation of a new water service.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes around the work zone. The project is anticipated to last one week.
