City of Ottumwa issued the following announcement on Mar. 6.
Motorists are advised that the intersection of Kenyon Avenue and Main Street will be closed to traffic starting Tuesday, March 10, 2020. This closure will allow for City crews to replace three culverts in this intersection and make necessary street repairs.
Motorists will need to seek alternate routes around the work zone. With favorable weather conditions, this project is anticipated to last 1 week.
