City of Ottumwa issued the following announcement on Mar. 27.
The intersection of E. Main St. at N. Vine St. will be closed to west bound traffic starting Monday March 30, 2020, due to street repairs. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and to proceed with caution when entering the work zone. Traffic control signage and flaggers will be onsite. The repairs are anticipated to last three days, depending on weather conditions.
