City of Ottumwa issued the following announcement on Apr. 22.
Motorists are advised that Elm Street at the intersection of Pike Ave will be closed to traffic starting Monday, April 27, 2020.
This closure will allow for City crews to make a necessary sewer repair. Motorists will need to seek alternate routes around the work zone. With favorable weather conditions, this project is anticipated to last one week.
