City of Osceola issued the following announcement on Aug. 17.
The sign up form for Osceola Youth (Kindergarten – 8th grade) Fall Soccer has been posted to the City’s Web site.
For families interested, they can go to the Parks and Recreation department page, click on “Forms” to access the PDF (here).
To simplify access, we have also made the accompanying image a link to the form.
Simply click on the image to access the PDF you can then print off and fill out.
Registration forms and fees need to be returned to the Osceola Parks & Recreation department.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, AUGUST 28th.
A late fee will be charged for any application received after August 30th.
