City of Bedford issued the following announcement on Sept. 10.
The City of Bedford is reminding Pet Owners of Waste Accumulation. Per Chapter 55.04 of the Code of Ordinances, Bedford, Iowa: It is unlawful for pet owner or person in charge to fail to cleanup and remove as soon as possible any droppings on sidewalks, parkway or property of others. Please be respectful of others.
