City of Ottumwa issued the following announcement on June 02.
Make Ottumwa Shine appreciation certificates will be handed out at the June 15th City Council Meeting.
Anyone wishing to receive a certificate should email Community Development Director Zach Simonson with the names of their volunteers. The council meeting begins at 5:30 P.M. on the second floor of City Hall.
