City of Ottumwa issued the following announcement on July 20.
Motorists are advised that beginning tomorrow July 21, 2021 at 8:00 A.M. the intersection of Hackberry and N. Cherry will be closed to through traffic. The closure is being done for a water main reconstruction.
The work is expected to last through Friday July 23, 2021. Motorists will need to find alternate routes around the work zone.
