Wednesday, May 25 at the CHI Health Wellness Center at 401 6th Street in Corning! Stop by anytime between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
– Have your blood pressure taken
– Do a puzzle & be in a drawing for a prize
– Get stretching tips to help you age gracefully (isn’t that something we all want – gracefulness!)
– Throw a dice and get a chance to support your health with a fun & quick workout (and something you can do with the grands when they are visiting!)
– Get some healthy living tips for mind, body & your soul.
– Refreshments and coffee too!
