The City of Ottumwa Parks Department recently constructed new pickleball courts at Memorial and Bell Parks which are completed and open to the public. Paddles and balls are available to rent at the Beach Ottumwa office. Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports nationally and offers fun and exercise for all ages.
