City of Ottumwa issued the following announcement on May 29.
Motorists are advised that McLean Street between Main and Second will be closed to traffic starting Monday, June 1st, 2020. This closure will allow for a street repair. Motorists will need to seek alternate routes around the work zone. With favorable weather conditions, this project is anticipated to be completed in one week.
