Program Title: Farmland Leasing Meeting

Description: Topics include: farmland ownership and tenure in Iowa, Cover crop research & methods to implement in leasing agreements, current cash rental rate & land value survey results, methods for determining fair rents in 2021, and legal aspects of farmland leases. Workshops are 2 hours, with a 100-page leasing arrangements book provided, one per registrant. Registration fee: $20/person, $30/couple payable at the door.
